Nine possible avenues of Occult Chemical research for which no substantial article has come to light.

  1. There is a possibility that some archaeological glyphs in ancient stones and ceramics (Inca, Maya, Aztec, Babylonian, Chaldean) may contain representations of some Occult Chemical Molecules.
  2. There is a possibility that some architectural decorative patterns (Islamic) and stained glass (medieval Christian) may contain representations of some Occult Chemical Molecules.
  3. There is a suggestion that in the drawings of some hospitalised mental patients there may be representations of some similar molecules. This suggestion is just possible, but perhaps not probable.
  4. There is the suggestion that in the art works of some Mystics and Saints (William Blake and Hildegard of Bingen) there may be decorative motifs containing images of Occult Chemistry Molecules.
  5. There is the suggestion that in the archives and libraries of some Church Bodies there are disordered but extensive collections of drawings, produced over many centuries by novice aspirants, containing some drawings of occultly seen chemical molecules.
  6. There is a suggestion that in the works of some of the great religious artists there may be decorative motifs in embroidered hems and woodwork that can be seen to be occult chemistry molecule glyphs. It is thought to be likely that there is one monastery whose murals have a higher proportion of such glyphs than any other. An obvious image to look for, in the above possibilities is that of Sodium Chloride: always present, large, distinctive.
  7. There is a possibility that there may exist rare Alchemical manuscripts containing previously incomprehensible glyphs, alchemical emblems that on inspection will be easily seen to be Occult Chemical patterns. The obvious ones to look for would perhaps be those associated with Lead, Gold, Mercury and Sulphur.
  8. There is a possibility that there may exist rare Ayurvedic manuscripts containing previously incomprehensible glyphs that on inspection will be easily seen to be Occult Chemical patterns.
  9. In three pages (382-384) of the third edition of OC, Leadbeater writes briefly of investigations into Arthritis, Cancer, Epilepsy, Neuritis, Paralysis, Rheumatic Fever, and Smallpox.

Stephen Phillips
BSc 1968 University of Cambridge, theoretical physics MSc 1971 University of Cape Town, theoretical physics PhD University of California In 1979 one of his scientific papers was published, proposing a theory that unified particle interactions and predicted that quarks are not fundamental but are composed of three more basic particles ('subquarks').

He has lectured on his research at the Cavendish Laboratory of Cambridge University, to the Society for Psychical Research, to the Theosophical Society and at the 1996 Summer School of the Dharma Center of Canada, a Buddhist meditational retreat outside Toronto, Canada. He is currently collaborating with a Buddhist clairvoyant to investigate shadow matter particles and the higher-dimensional superstring structure of subquarks and electrons.
